Yes – all orders ship in plain packaging with no logos or product descriptions on the outside. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, returns are accepted only if items remain hygienic. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
